When I first moved to Spain I didn’t speak a word of Spanish; some years later I moved to France and I didn’t speak French; when I moved to Oxford, England, I didn’t speak that ‘language’ either!–).
Over time I eventually picked up enough of the languages to survive, mix in and actually make money. But today you may be where I was 15 years ago… one nation, one language, kind of thing.
Now I’m not writing today to talk about whether you should learn the language of your new country, or not, I’ll leave that for another time.

Here’s a quick story.
Shortly after moving to Spain I licensed a coaching program that would allow me to run training courses in Spain; however, one of the stipulations was that every component of the business had to be in Spanish – web sites, products, trainings, support, everything (crazy I know when at that time I didn’t understand Spanish!) So I immediately found a bi-lingual assistant (really cheap) who by chance had a lot of unemployed friends open to working from home AND I could get them for about 25% of the normal rate… completely by luck I had discovered ‘outsourcing’!
